This event is sold per room. Rooms hold a maximum of 4 people. When you book a room, you are allowed up to four wristbands to attend the festivities. You will be responsible to fill the room with your people, secure roll-aways, distribute wristbands, and collect money from them. Our system does not allow for dividing payments. As primairy guest, you are ultimately responsible for the room.

Does Sage & Spirit Travel take deposits for packages?
Yes, you need to make your original reservation with a non-refundable $400.00 deposit. Your final payment will be due no later than 11:59 p.m. on Tuesday June 31st, 2009! This is a non-refundable deposit.
Does Sage & Spirit Travel provide ground transportation from Denver airport to the hotel?
Sage & Spirit Travel does not provide ground transportation to the hotel but, we have set up a discounted rate with "Super Shuttle". You may find "Super Shuttle" located with all of the other ground transportation in the Denver airport. Simply give "Super Shuttle" the Sage & Spirit Travel discounted code:

May I catch the shuttle or attend the late night event at the hotel if I do not purchase the hotel package through Sage & Spirit Travel, LLC?
Absolutely not, the shuttles and late night events are for Sage & Spirit hotel guests only! You must book a package directly through Sage & Spirit Travel to attend all events as well as get on the shuttles.
What type of payments are accepted?
Sage & Spirit accepts most major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, Discovery and American Express. Cashiers checks and postal money orders are also acceptable forms of payment. Please make payable to and mail to:

What do I need to make a reservation?
Name, date of birth, address, phone number, email address and credit card.
How much are my service fees and taxes for this package?
There are not any hidden fees, the prices that you see are the prices that you pay, all service fees and taxes included.
How many wristbands do I get for my room?
All guests will receive wristbands upon arrival and check in at the hotel.
May I vend at the hotel this summer?
There will be no authorized vending, any violators will have product confiscated, no questions asked. Vendors that would like to vend on site, please email Sage & Spirit Travel directly for a vending permit. info@sageandspirittravel.com
What does my wristband entitle me to?
Your wristbands will give you access into the hotel, onto the shuttle buses to and from the venues and into the late night events at the hotel.

Late Night Carnivale is the brain child of Sage & Spirit Travel. We put together all inclusive hotel travel packages for music fans nationwide. To ensure that each and every event is special, we do one to three projects a year at this time, and our detail oriented team makes sure we cover every last aspect. When we do an event it is always an over the top event from discounted shuttles to and from the airport, discounted ski packages, fully chartered hotels, free shuttles to and from the events on full size motor coach buses, wrist bands for late night shows, as well as always having a private, fully catered late night event at the hotel with entertainment.
